Osaka’s Multilanguage call center a boon for tourists

The last time I visited Osaka to have lunch with my friends, though it was my ‘turf’ I got lost, because of the major renovations of Osaka station. I ended up rushing to the information centre, and got a kind and detailed advice from a Chinese staff! (It was given in Japanese of course.) I may need the service of this call centre next time.
